The 2010 International Congress on Complementary Medicine Research will be held in Tromsø, the Arctic gateway of North Norway. The local host of the congress is NAFKAM (National Research Center in Complementary and Alternative Medicine) in conjunction with ISCMR.
The theme of ICCMR 2010 is: "Relevant research for the chronically ill"
Call for workshops and symposia
Each workshop or symposium provides a forum to address a specific topic within the area of Complementary Medicine. The workshop/symposium is restricted to 60-90 minutes.
Workshop/symposium proposal submission guidelines
• Workshop/symposium title.
• A description of the scope and topic of the session (not exceeding 100 words).
• A brief summary and justification for the workshop, including anticipated benefits to the participants.
• Outline of structure and activities.
• Expected number of attendees.
• Name, affiliation, mailing address and e-mail address of the proposer(s).
• A short biographical sketch for responsible organizer, describing relevant qualifications, including research and conference/workshop organizing experience.
• Submissions deadline: December 7, 2009 (early submissions are welcome).
